J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of Ext.P1 application filed for substitute temporary permit. The petitioner relies on the recent order issued by the Transport (B) Department (G.O.(P) No.45/2015).

2. I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. Needless to say that the Government order aforesaid shall also be adverted to in the exercise.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
