J U D G M E N T

It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that a regular first appeal, filed against the judgment and decree of the Sub Court, Kottarakkara in O.S.No.190 of 2010, has been moved before this Court. Taking note of the said submission of counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the application for stay before the appellate court would be moved within 10 days from today. In order to safeguard the interest of the petitioner in the meanwhile, the interim order granted by this Court on 11.09.2015, shall continue for a further period of two weeks from today.
