Petitioner has approached this Court seeking for police protection. It is alleged that respondents 5 and 6, children of her husband's first marriage, are threatening the petitioner and calling upon her to execute release deed in their favour. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents 5 and 6 submits that they have no intention to cause any threat or obstruction to the petitioner in any manner.

Learned Government Pleader submits that after the filing of the writ petition, no untoward incident had been reported so far. Under such circumstances, we close this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the police, if there is any further cause of action.
