J U D G M E N T
The petitioner was appointed as LPSA in Njanodaya LPS Mannankona, Thiruvananthapuram, on 01.06.1992. The said school was declared uneconomic and accordingly the school was closed with effect from 31.05.2006. The petitioner was accommodated in the Government LP School, Kuzhakkad, by Ext.P1 dated 5.7.2006. While so, the petitioner was deployed in the management under the LMS UP School Perumbakonam. It is contended by the petitioner that he is living with his age old parents who crossed 80's and suffering from Diabetes Miletus and petitioner is the only person to look after them. The petitioner filed Ext.P3 request before the 1st respondent, which is pending consideration. Petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of the same.

In such circumstances, 1st respondent shall consider and pass orders on Ext.P3, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation as to the merits of the case. Writ petition is disposed of.
