JUDGMENT

The petitioner relies on Ext.P1 proceedings granting temporary permit on an earlier occasion. Ofcourse such temporary permit has issued not to the petitioner but to another. The petitioner has filed Ext.P2 application for temporary permit on a similar route.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application within a period of two weeks. Ext.P1 proceedings aforesaid shall be adverted to in the exercise.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
