JUDGMENT
The transfer of the regular permit by the first petitioner in favour of the second petitioner has already been granted by Ext. P2 order. There could not be any time prescription for producing the current records as per Rule 178 of the Kerala Motor Vehicles Rules. 2.
The respondent is therefore directed to endorse the transfer in the permit within a period of one week. The writ petition is disposed of.
