J U D G M E N T

The consideration of Ext.P4 application for temporary permit is pending consideration. The same deserves to be dealt with without delay. It is also to be done in accordance with Ext.P2 notification dated 20.8.2015.

2. I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P4 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

3. Ext.P3 application for replacement needs to be considered thereafter. The same shall be done within a period of two weeks after the disposal of the application for temporary permit.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
