J U D G M E N T

The petitioners are continuing in service as UPSA without salary for more than ten years. The above writ petition is filed for getting approval of appointment of petitioners 1 and 2 from from 2006-07 who are 51A claimants though appointed from 2005-06 onwards and the 3rd petitioner who is appointed from 2006-07, claiming approval from 2007-08. The petitioners filed Exts.P6 and P8 representations dated 17.08.2015, 04.09.2015 respectively before the 1st respondent. Petitioners seek expeditious consideration of the same. In such circumstances, Exts.P6 and P8 representations shall be considered by the 1st respondent, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment with notice to the petitioners for a personal hearing. Writ petition is disposed of.
