JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved with the fact that, by Ext.P1 order dated 10.08.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent, he was suspended from service. The petitioner submits that, the suspension order is unsustainable. Therefore, he submitted Ext.P2 appeal before the 1st respondent, which is stated to be pending consideration. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P2 appeal within a reasonable period.

In such circumstances, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P2 appeal as expeditiously as possible and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, at any rate, within one month from the

W.P(C). No.27779 of 2015 date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear that, this Court has not made any observation on merits, which the first respondent will consider in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of.
