JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved by the non consideration of the application for replacement of vehicle sought in a regular permit granted to him and in which he had sought for a clearance certificate for the earlier vehicle endorsed in the permit.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that since after obtaining clearance certificate petitioner did not produce the vehicle within the stipulated time, the application was rejected on 29.11.2013. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not yet received the order.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the respondent to communicate the order said to have been passed in the replacement application, to the petitioner.

WP(C).30449/13 The writ petition is closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the order.
