JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed Ext.P1 representation complaining of the unauthorised construction by respondents 3 and 4. The petitioner alleges that the respondents 3 and 4 are indulging in the construction by deviating from the sanctioned plan.

Ext.P1 representation put in by the petitioner is pending. The same shall be considered with notice to the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4. The needful shall be done by the first respondent within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
