J U D G M E N T
Shaffique, J.
The petitioners being the Principal and the President, Parent Teachers Association of the Higher Secondary School have approached this Court seeking interference by the police. It is inter alia stated that on account of various obstruction being created by respondents 4 to 8 and certain outsiders, functioning of the school had been disrupted on several occasions. Though the petitioners had given Ext.P1 complaint to the police seeking for appropriate action in the event of any obstruction being caused to the functioning of the school, no action has been taken in the matter and therefore, the petitioners have approached this Court. 2.
The learned Government Pleader submits that as matter stands now, no specific incident has been reported. 3.
In Ext.P1, there is only a statement that four working days have been lost due to strike. Therefore, if at all there is any strike/obstruction, by which, the functioning of the school is prevented by any person, it is always open for the petitioners to
