J U D G M E N T

The consideration of the application for variation of the regular permit cannot be adjourned sina die till the expiry of the permit. The first respondent is directed to pass final orders on Ext.P2 application for variation of the regular permit within a period of one month. Needless to say that the third respondent as well as the petitioner shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
