JUDGMENT

The 4th respondent was appointed as an HSA (Malayalam) in the 5th respondent School as evidenced from Ext.P1, the approval of which was rejected by the 3rd respondent, by Ext.P2 order. Aggrieved by Ext.P2 order, the petitioner and the 4th respondent filed Exts.P3&P4 appeals before the 2nd respondent, which has not been considered so far. The prayer is to cause the same to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time. In such circumstances, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of Exts.P3&P4 appeals, together, as expeditiously as possible and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 4th respondent, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear that, this Court

W.P(C). No.27887 of 2015 has not made any observation on merits, which the 2nd respondent will consider in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of.
