Shaffique, J.

The petitioner has approached this Court alleging harassment by police. It is stated that a complaint has been preferred before the Mala Police Station against one Ali in respect of transaction relating to two cars. The petitioner submits that thereafter there had been constant threats from the police, which amounts to harassment. Though the petitioner makes several allegations, no details have been given in the writ petition in regard to the alleged harassment by police.

Under such circumstances, we do not think that it is a fit case in which a direction as sought for can be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
