J U D G M E N T

The petitioner asserts that the existing timings allotted to him and the second respondent results in clash in the operation of service. Ext.P3 representation put in by the petitioner in this regard is pending.

2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation with notice to the petitioner and the second respondent. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
