The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"i. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writs, orders or directions, to call for the records pertaining Exhibit P1 and quash the same.
ii. To direct the 1st respondent to treat Exhibit P1 agreement as illegal in eye of law.
iii. To grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
2. When the matter came up for consideration before this Court on 27.01.2015, it was observed that the petitioner had not impleaded the affected parties in the party array whose names have been mentioned in Ext.P1. The petitioner was given further opportunity in this regard on 5.2.2015 and 9.3.2015 as well. Today also the position remains the same and there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the cause of action.
The writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. P.R. RAMACHANDRA MENON, JUDGE.
