J U D G M E N T

The petitioner approached this Court on account of non consideration of application under the Kerala Land Utilization Order. Considering the fact that this request in the year 2007, this Court is of the view that if the petitioner makes a fresh application before the first respondent, the same shall be considered after verifying the nature of the land in the draft data bank. In the draft data bank it is not classified as 'Nilam or wet land', appropriate decision shall be taken on the application by the first respondent within two months from the date of receipt of such application. The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
