JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks to cancel the hire purchase endorsement made in the registration certificate of his vehicle. Ext. P3 application though dated 01.07.2015 is reported to have been received by the first respondent on 14.09.2015. It is upto the petitioner to produce the relevant records as directed by the first respondent on 18.09.2015.

The first respondent shall deal with Ext. P3 application in accordance with law. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner and the second respondent within a period of one month.

The writ petition is disposed of.
