J U D G M E N T

The petitioner's grievance is that Ext.P2 representation dated 9.9.2015 has not been considered till date by the 1st respondent.

Considering the confined prayer made, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation, if received in original, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing, within four months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of without any observation on merits, which shall be decided by the 1st respondent, in accordance with law.
