J U D G M E N T

The petitioners, aggrieved by the unauthorised occupation of footpath by the 4th respondent and others, have approached this Court.

2. If the 4th respondent and others are occupying the footpath without any authorisation, necessary action shall be taken by the 3rd respondent to remove them from the occupation of the footpath. Before taking any action, notice shall be given to the 4th respondent. Necessarily, needful shall be done in the light of provisions contained in the Kerala Public Ways (Restriction of Assemblies and Processions) Act, 2011.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
