JUDGMENT

The temporary permit issued to the petitioner expired on 14.07.2011. The petitioner has filed Ext. P2 application for issue of a temporary permit. The petitioner relies on Ext. P3 notification in this regard. 2.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P2 application within two weeks. The same shall be done with due advertance to Ext.P3 notification.

Ext. P1 application for replacement of the vehicle deserves to be considered thereafter. That will depend upon the outcome of the application for temporary permit.

The writ petition is disposed of.
