J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, has approached both the 1st respondent by Ext.P5 and the 2nd respondent by Ext.P8. Ext.P5 is an application for surveying and measuring the petitioner's property. It appears that the petitioner has not filed any application in the format as prescribed under the Surveys and Boundaries Act. Therefore, if the petitioner makes a proper application before the 1st respondent for surveying and measuring the property, the same shall be considered by the 1st respondent within 3 months of filing of such application by the petitioner.

2. Ext.P8 was submitted by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent for effecting mutation and accepting land tax from the petitioner. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P8, after giving notice to the petitioner within a period of 2 months.
