J U D G M E N T

The petitioner approached the 1st respondent by Ext.P2, alleging that the 2nd respondent has encroached upon a Government land. This Court is of the view that, Ext.P2 shall be considered by the 1st respondent, after giving notice to the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and if it is found that the 2nd respondent has encroached upon the Government land, necessary action shall be taken to remove the encroachment alleged by the petitioner in accordance with the provisions contemplated under the Kerala Land Conservancy Act. Needful shall be done within a period of 2 months of receipt of copy of this judgment.
