JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is the General Secretary of a charitable Trust, has approached the respondents with Ext.P3 application, seeking for a change of Tariff from LT- VII A to LT- VI D. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the additional 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application, after hearing the petitioner.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition, with a direction to the additional 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application preferred by the petitioner to Tariff change, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition
