JUDGMENT
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the first respondent, apart from perusing the record. Since the issue lies in a narrow compass, this Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner, said to be a member of the second respondent Bank, complains that the respondent Society, despite its precarious financial condition, is undertaking further recruitments thus burdening the Bank additionally. In this regard, he is said to have submitted Exhibit P2 representation before the first respondent. Seeking its expeditious consideration, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
W.P.(c) No. 28145 of 2015
3. In response to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader has submitted that the first respondent will consider the application, at the earliest.
In the facts and circumstances, having regard to the respective submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the first respondent, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider Exhibit P2 representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible.
With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
