JUDGMENT

1.

The petitioner had constructed a building in terms of Ext.P3 issued in his favor by the respondent Panchayath.

According to him, the respondents are refusing to number the building on its completion though the construction was carried out strictly in terms of the permit.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, has submitted that the respondents have considered the matter and have decided to allot building number to the petitioner in pursuance to Ext.P3 permit. The said submission is recorded.
