J U D G M E N T

The contention of the petitioners are two fold and they are as under:- i) All the schedules of the bus operators operating in Thodupuzha Depot have not been included in Ext.P1 memorandum.

ii) The trips are not operated even in respect of the schedules included in Ext.P1 memorandum.

I permit the petitioners to move the second respondent for ventilation of their grievances. Any motion made in that regard within one month from today shall be dealt with by the second respondent within two months therefrom.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
