JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is working as High School Assistant (Sanskrit) from 2.6.2014 onwards in the Sivapuram Higher Secondary School, has filed this Writ Petition seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 revision petition as expeditiously as possible, within a time limit prescribed by this Court. He has also sought for a writ of certiorari to quash Exts.P1 and P3, against which he has already invoked statutory remedy by way of revision before the Government.

2.

I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 5. 3.

Considering the fact that challenging Exts.P1 and P3 orders the petitioner has already filed Ext.P4 Revision before the 1st respondent, which is pending consideration, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner.

W.P.(C).No.28194 of 2015 4.

In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 revision petition as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, with notice to the petitioner and also to the 5th respondent Manager.

5.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner. It is for the 1st respondent to take appropriate decision on Ext.P4 revision petition strictly in accordance with law.
