JUDGMENT

The application for grant of fresh contract carriage permit put in by the petitioner in respect of his autorikshaw is pending. It appears that a probe is pending on the allegation that the petitioner is engaged in the trafficking of permit. 2.

The probe has at any rate to end on a day and final orders passed in the application. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The first respondent is at liberty to circulate the file in case a meeting is not convened within a period of one month stipulated above.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
