JUDGMENT

The petitioner who had availed of a vehicle loan from the respondent bank approached this Court challenging the steps taken by the respondent bank to recover the loan amounts. When the matter came up for admission today, it is submitted by counsel for the respondent bank that pursuant to proceedings initiated against the petitioner, the vehicle that was the secured asset for the loan and which was surrendered to the respondent bank by the petitioner has since been sold by the respondent bank. Taking note of the said contention, I close this writ petition as infructuous without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to agitate the matter before appropriate forum.
