JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court on account of nonpayment of compensation after removing the stake nets by the respondents.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is entitled for the amount. However, paucity of fund, the respondents could not effect payment. It is further submitted that the amount being released based on the seniority first come first basis. It is to be noted that the fund has been allotted by the Central Government.
Therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner's compensation shall be paid within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
