J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached respondents 2 to 4 by Ext.P6 request. The request in Ext.P6 is to complete the check-dam project with 580 meter protection wall with 4 meter width and also to make motorable way for the entire 580 meter before the installation of shutter for Check-dam.

2. This Court is of the view that the fourth respondent/the Superintending Engineer shall consider Ext.P6. Appropriate decision shall be taken by the second respondent, after hearing the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. This writ petition is disposed of as above.
