JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.
2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking police protection. Allegations have been made against the private respondents. Petitioner claims to have filed Ext.P1 complaint on 15.09.2015 to the Sub Inspector of Police.
In the writ petition the petitioner has also pleaded that civil cases are pending between the parties.
3. Petitioner having filed complaint on 15.09.2015 and without even giving any breathing time to the police to look into the complaint, rushing to the Court cannot be approved. The civil cases, according to his own pleadings, being pending, the petitioner ought to have worked out his remedy in the civil case. We find that the petitioner is in a hurry and rushed to the Court, which cannot be approved. The Writ Petition is dismissed.
