J U D G M E N T

The petitioners appear to have approached the Taluk Land Board in terms of Section 7E of the Kerala Land Reforms Act. If the rules are framed, the application of the petitioners shall be considered within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. If the rules are not framed, the Taluk Land Board may consider the application after framing rules in accordance with rules. Status quo as on today shall be maintained till a decision is taken by the Taluk Land Board. This writ petition is disposed of as above.
