JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who was appointed as Peon-cum-Sweeper under the Directorate of Radiation safety, Thrissur on daily wage basis with effect from 16.4.2008, was terminated from service on 10.11.2014. Aggrieved by the termination from service the petitioner has submitted Ext.P3 representation before the Government and the same is still pending consideration. Therefore the petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 representation within a time limit that may be fixed by this Court. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.

Considering the fact that Ext.P3 representation submitted by the petitioner is still pending consideration before the 1st respondent, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, without expressing anything on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner.
