JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext. P4 application filed for renewal of license. The petitioner has followed up the application with Ext. P5 representation as a reminder explaining his stand.

I direct the first respondent to consider Exts. P4 application and P5 representation within a period of one month. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner as well as the second respondent.

The petitioner shall be permitted to conduct the business till orders are passed on Exts. P4 and P5 as directed above.

The writ petition is disposed of.
