J U D G M E N T

Ext.P1 temporary permit issued to the petitioner is valid till 23.9.2015. The petitioner has filed Ext.P2 application for re-issue of temporary permit.

2. Ext.P2 application shall be dealt with within a period of two weeks. The petitioner, KSRTC and the petitioner in W.P.(C) No.28031 of 2015 shall also be heard. The KSRTC needs to be heard since there is a contention about the over lapping over the notified route. The petitioner in W.P.(C) No.28031 of 2015 needs to be heard since he is armed with a judgment directing his objections to be considered. The petitioner is permitted to operate the service till orders are passed on Ext.P2 application as directed above.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
