JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.

2. By this petition the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing respondents 1 to 6 to provide protection to the life of petitioner and his family members against the threat and harassment of 7th and 8th respondents. Petitioner's claim to have filed Ext.P1 complaint dated 17.09.2015. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on the same day i.e. 17.09.2015. We are of the view that this writ petition is nothing but an abuse of process of court. Petitioner, having filed a complaint on 17.09.2015, has rushed to the Court on the same day without giving breathing time to the police to look into the complaint. The writ proceedings cannot be resorted to in such manner. We dismiss the Writ Petition as misconceived.
