JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed Ext.P4 appeal under Section 19(3) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. The same has been filed against Ext.P3 order disqualifying the petitioner from holding driving licence for a period of one year.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P4 appeal with notice to the petitioner within a period of two months. It is open to the petitioner to apply for appropriate interim order in the appeal in the meanwhile. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
