JUDGMENT
The petitioner approached the second respondent for cancelling transfer of registry. Exts.P3 and P4 are the representations made by the petitioner before the second respondent.
This Court is of the view, necessary decision shall be taken on Exts.P3 and P4 after hearing the petitioner and the person in whose favour transfer of registry is effected. It is also open for the second respondent to remit Exts.P3 and P4 by the consideration of the Revenue Divisional Officer of the Thrissur District. Needful shall be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
