JUDGMENT

The petitioner contends that there is no necessity to continue his suspension from service. The petitioner also seeks reinstatement in service with immediate effect. Ext.P1 representation put in by the petitioner in this regard is pending. 2.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P1 representation with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
