JUDGMENT

The petitioner is an applicant in S.M.No.2662/2014 on the file of the first respondent has approached this Court. The petitioner seeks an early disposal of the above proceedings. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conclude the proceedings in S.M.No.2662/2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
