Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging harassment by the police. Petitioner's case is that he engaged a worker named Anson who made certain excessive demands and had taken the tools of the petitioner. It is stated that a complaint was filed by Anson before the police and police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submits that on receipt of the complaint, both the petitioner and the worker were called and they were asked to settle their dispute. It is submitted that police has already closed the complaint.
