J U D G M E N T

The petitioner as against the rejection of renewal of arms licence has approached the 2nd respondent, the Land Revenue Commissioner by Ext.P2 appeal.

In view of the appeal as above, there shall be a direction to consider the appeal with the light of judgment of this Court in Mohammed Shafi Vs. District Collector [2012(1)KLT 427] and Chandran Nair Vs. Additional District Magistrate [2015 (1) KHC 351] within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment after notice to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
