JUDGMENT

The petitioner has passed in all the examinations except in four papers of the sixth semester of the Five Year LLB Course. The petitioner has evidently failed in the sixth semester due to low marks in the internal assessment.

All that the petitioner prays is for permission to appear for the internal assessment again. It will be unreasonable to deny permission to the petitioner in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case. 3.

The petitioner shall present herself for the internals within a period of three weeks from today. Every endeavour shall be made to conduct the internals in such a way that the petitioner is able to meet it comfortably.

The writ petition is disposed of.
