JUDGMENT
The petitioners, the Ex Board members of the second respondent, are facing certain allegations concerning misappropriation of funds. In that context, they are said to have submitted Exhibits P2 and P3 objections before the first respondent, who is yet to consider them. Aggrieved at the delay, the petitioners have approached this Court.
2. In response to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader has submitted that the first respondent is willing to consider petitioners Exhibits P2 and P3 objections, if received and pending, expeditiously.
In the facts and circumstances, having regard to the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider Exhibits P2 and P3 objections of the petitioners in
W.P.(c) No. 28541 of 2015 accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs. DAMA SESHADRI NAIDU JUDGE DMR/-
