JUDGMENT
The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of Ext.P3 modified proposal for variation of permit.

The variation application deserves to be dealt with pursuant to the remand in Ext.P2 judgment.

I direct the 2nd respondent to place the matter before the first respondent along with the report of the Field Officer.
