JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who retired on 31.10.2014 from the first respondent Federation, has a grievance that his terminal benefits have so far not been settled in full. Ventilating his grievance, he is said to have submitted Exhibit P2 representation before the first respondent. Seeking its expeditious disposal, the petitioner has approached this Court.
2. In response to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent has submitted that the respondent Federation will consider petitioner's Exhibit P2 representation in accordance with law and take an appropriate decision at the earliest.
In the facts and circumstances, having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent Federation, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to
W.P.(c) No. 28567 of 2015 the first respondent to consider Exhibit P2 representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. No order as to costs.
