Petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection and complaining about the cruelties that are being inflicted on her by the 3rd respondent, who was her former husband. It is stated that the 3rd respondent being involved in several criminal cases is not permitting her to carry on the work of Waitress in a canteen by coming to the canteen and abusing her. It is also alleged that her daughter was also being abused by the 3rd respondent. Though Exts.P2 and P3 complaints were filed before the police, no action has been taken in the matter and therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court. 2.
Having regard to the nature of judgment we propose to pass, no notice is being issued to the 3rd respondent. 3.
Since the petitioner has already given Exts.P2 and P3
W.P(C) No.28577/15 -:2:- complaints, the 2nd respondent shall consider the said complaints and take appropriate action in accordance with law. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
